Specialized descaling of ship cooling systems with safe MKD0110 substance

In one of Abrizan Company's recent projects, after a detailed examination of the cooling system of a commercial ship, it was determined that the lack of proper heat exchange in the ship's consumers (exchangers, condensers, radiators, etc.) was due to the formation of marine sediments in the water lines. These sediments included barnacles, marine organisms, mussels, mosses, and biological sludge, which reduced water flow and system efficiency.

To overcome this technical challenge, Abrizan's expert team, after analyzing the conditions, proposed the specialized chemical MKD0110 as a safe and effective solution. In addition to its high efficiency in removing all types of marine sediments, this substance has the lowest corrosion rate among similar products and is completely suitable for use in sensitive ship systems.

The complete descaling process of the main and secondary cooling water lines was carried out using this substance, and the results of this operation were evaluated as excellent. After cleaning, the cooling system fully returned to its original efficiency and further problems were prevented.
