Project Background

In the gasoline unit of Abadan Oil Refinery, due to the formation of heavy sediments in the twin condenser section and the lack of proper heat transfer, the optimal performance of the equipment was affected. This caused a drop in production and the need for immediate repairs.

In view of the announcement by the refinery's technical inspection unit regarding the necessity of descaling the condensers, Abrizan Industrial Research Company, by presenting a comprehensive work plan and identifying the type of sediments present, proposed the use of Mitreh 0102 solution for chemical operations.
